台中教育大學、台中科技大學及東海大學美術系所教授。21世紀現代水墨畫會副會長、國際彩墨畫家聯盟秘書長、台灣彩墨畫家聯盟會長、元墨畫會會長、台中藝術家俱樂部會長、一號窗畫會會長。文建會、國家文化藝術基金會、國美館、國父紀念館、台北市文化局諮詢、審查。

全省美展、中部美展、大墩獎、高雄獎、中山文藝獎、桃園美展、府城美展、苗栗美展、玉山獎、磺溪獎、桃城美展、新莊美展等評審。

個展十餘回，並多次參加國內外重要聯展，包括台灣、香港、中國大陸、美國、法國、俄羅斯、加拿大、比利時、日本、韓國、馬來西亞、薩爾瓦多、南非、波蘭、菲律賓等。

現任藝術與設計系教授，指導學生參加設計競賽獲佳績，多次獲行政院、教育部、國科會計畫及大專生專案計畫補助，指導學生獲100年度大專生研究計畫研究創作獎。

擔任SBTR與SBIR計畫審查委員，配合經濟部中小企業處一鄉鎮一特產計畫之委託，同時擔任花東發展地方性文創商品開發與輔導專案之評審。近年來專注於文創設計、產學合作、國際設計聯展及校外設計服務。

Thomas Chiang Blair

(美國籍)

托馬斯·布萊爾博士是美國學者。擁有國立雲林科技大學：設計學研究（台灣）和國立成功大學：創意產業設計研究所，雙學位的博士學位。在過去的15年中，他的研究主要集中在跨文化，跨學科和性別策略管理上。2017年《中國當前形象》論文被《國際傳播與媒體研究期刊》評選為最佳論文之一。

Dr. Thomas C. Blair is an American scholar. Who has a dual doctor degree from National Yunlin University of Science and Technology: graduate school of design (Taiwan) and, National Cheng Kung University: Institute of Creative Industry Design (Taiwan). For the past 15 years, his research has heavily focused on Cross-cultural, interdisciplinary & gender strategic management. 2017 paper on the Current Image of China was select by the International Journal of Communication & Media Studies as one of the best papers.

Gerard Jasperse

(荷蘭籍)

一個跟鄭成功結緣的荷蘭人，一個不太容易界定他在設計什麼的設計師，一個在台灣教書的外國人。亞河瑞(對！他有中文名字)喜歡在歷史和文化中尋找靈感，他使用大量不同媒材、技法和顏色，讓創作充滿個性與故事性。這場沙龍讓我們聽聽他在台灣的所見所聞以及他瘋狂趣味的創作世界。

Gerard Jasperse (亞河瑞) is a Dutch designer who finds inspiration in history and culture, his focus has been on research-based projects at the intersection of art and design.

After studying at the Design Academy Eindhoven, he opened his own design studio and started working with various companies, institutions and museums. He adopted a wide range of materials, techniques and colors to create intriguing stories through design.

He is currently teaching at the Tainan University of Arts, in culture, character and research design.
